The free visibility for example, or the feeling of accomplishment that only winning an online popularity poll can bring. There are many on paper reasons why a developer like myself would covet this kind of thing. That's a lot of power for just one random indie developer to have. But what will you do with the power of winning an online popularity contest? Why do you even want to win this? And that's a good question. What I will do with the Award Those are all very good reasons to vote for this game, you're probably thinking. You want to vote for the dinkiest Steam game you can, so if it wins bigger developers with actual budgets will be incentivized to make multiplayer games. ![]()
